Breakfast can be a tricky meal. We’re being told it’s the most important meal of the day, yet a lot of the time many of us just about manage to grab something quick and convenient. This often means that we’re not really going for the most healthy options. To be honest, when the kids are screaming and refusing to put their shoes on, the trains are running late, the boss wants a report by 9am and the weekly shop has yet to be done, a healthy breakfast will be the last thing on our mind. So, how about a few spreads/butters you can make ahead and just put on toast topped with some fresh fruit? Sound good? Well, I’ve come up with three healthy variations. Each only takes a few moments to blend in the Nutribullet (apart from the sunflower/sesame seeds which take a little longer) and you can keep them for up to a week. Just grab it in the morning, spread it on toast and top with some fresh fruit. I hope you like my suggestions.

I had to go on a diet as I ruptured my back I would use the nutri- bullet for my breakfast
I layer a Kilner Jar with jumbo oats then chopped fresh fruit sprinkle with cinnamon layer again with oats,
Fresh chopped fruit, so on till you reach the top.
Put into fridge over night the serve half contents in morning with fresh low fat yogurt.
No sugar. Added not like cereals. You can take the rest to work in the jar and eat later.
Or save the rest till the following morning as this keeps very well in a fridge or it you are in a rush
Just shove the lot into the nutri billet and drink on the way to work.
