  • 1 Egg (Medium)
  • 400ml Lukewarm Water
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 4 Tsp White Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Xanthan Gum
  • 260g Rice Flour
  • 70g Tapioca Flour
  • 70g Potato Flour
  • 2 Tsp Easy Blend Dried Yeast
