We had a very exciting day hosting our ‘Introduction to Clean Living’ blogger event down in London. Particularly as we had the pleasure of being joined by clean eating expert Saskia aka Naturally Sassy, who was able to impart some of her wisdom on the topic. Our lovely blogger attendees spent the afternoon finding out how making several small changes to your day to day life can have a positive impact on your lifestyle, improve your energy levels and really benefit your health.

So don’t feel like you missed out, we have Sassy’s recipe from the day to share with you all and I can confirm first hand that it was absolutely delicious, so you should definitely give it a go.

To make the dish extra healthy Sassy chose to use this health grill but alternatively, feel free to use a frying pan.

Evenly spread three tablespoons of cashew cheese or hummus over each tortilla, and top with the chopped tomatoes and basil. Fold the tortilla over itself in half and then cut down the middle in half. Repeat with the second tortilla.

  • 3

To cook, place them on the grill, and press down for about 4 minutes before turning them over and cooking on the other side.
