New Year, New you? Try out these delicious salad bowls, full of goodness and everything you need for a healthy kick start for 2018! If you’re not ready to commit to a full on salad just yet, try adding a slice of seeded wholemeal bread to bolster up the dish and keep you fuller for longer.

 

Here's how it's done...

  • 1 Fillet of Salmon (Grilled)
  • Handful of Rocket Leaves
  • 1 Avocado (Sliced)
  • 1 Spring Onion (Thinly Sliced)
  • Handful of Pine Nuts
  • Drizzle of Balsamic Glaze
  • Drizzle of Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

  • Handful of Spinach
  • 1 Carrot (Peeled)
  • 1/2 Tin of Chickpeas
  • 3 Radish (Sliced)
  • 1/2 Ball of Buffalo Mozzarella
  • Drizzle of Balsamic glaze
  • Drizzle of Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

  • Handful of spinach
  • 25g Cooked Red Rice
  • 5-6 Sprigs of Tenderstem Broccoli
  • 1 Sweet Potato
  • A Few Slices of Red Cabbage
  • Drizzle of Olive Oil
  • Juice of 1/2 a Lime
