This chocolate mousse is delightfully light and fluffy and takes less than 15 minutes to make. As there is no baking necessary, this chocolatey treat will be ready to be devoured in just half an hour.

Tip: Make sure the double cream and Bailey’s is very cold.

You will need...

  • 2 tsp water
  • 2 tbsp gelatine
  • ¼ cup boiling water
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 and ½ cup double cream
  • ¼ cup Bailey’s
  • Vanilla extract
  • Piping bag
