Brilliant product, cleaned mattress really well doesn’t remove tough stains on mattress so please don’t buy thinking it will :) other then that brilliant with carpets

Fantastic product and seriously easy to use. Comes pretty much assembled and feels heavy duty (not flimsy), but a beast to carry upstairs. Great results. If carpets really dirty use spot stain remover or high foot traffic spray beforehand. Only drawback in my opinion is the tank size - would have liked it a bit bigger so you don't have to refill it as often.... But love the product and a worthwhile investment - especially if you have kids, or pets, or both!!!

Seems a good, well made product. Have tried out once and worked well, as good as the hire rug doctors. Only downside is that the detergent reservoir isn't that big, so have to refill quite frequently. Otherwise 5*. The dirty water tank is bigger so that doesn't have to be emptied so often.

I have bought a few carpet washers in past but my son hired me one for the day and I swore when I save enough money I'm buying the rug doctor and that's what I did and I love love love it my carpets are so clean and fresh
