Only used once but I am pleased so far. The water cartridges need refilling frequently. Easy to use and carpets dried quickly afterwards.

Great product.... much better suction than my last carpet cleaner (which tended to leave the carpet still pretty damp) but with this it's almost dry. Cleans very well too!
