Really pleased with this , easy to use and really worked well on the heavily soiled areas of the carpet.

Great product.... much better suction than my last carpet cleaner (which tended to leave the carpet still pretty damp) but with this it's almost dry. Cleans very well too!

I don't believe there's a better upright carpet cleaner you can buy in the UK.

Looked at various carpet cleaners in well known stores, but they all looked very light and flimsy. After reading other reviews about Rug Doctor and then buying, am certainly not disappointed. Very easy to use, a little heavy but easy to wheel around. Extremely pleased with purchase.

I cannot believe the colour of the water when I used this for the first time! It really leaves carpets clean. So easy to use as no putting anything together can use straight from box. It’s easy to fill up with water and empty when full every part is labelled so it’s idiot proof! The only downside is you do have to keep refilling the tank a lot but I can accept this because of the amazing job it does on your carpets.

The cleaner was delivered last week but due to the recent weather and having a dog which brings in the dirt after a walk I have not taken the opportunity to use the item yet. I bought this cleaner because of the review ratings and because Rug Doctor is such a well known reliable brand. The cleaner seams robust and more than adequate to clean the carpets when the weather improves. It is also suitable for my 6'3" height which will reduce strain on my back during use.
