Great product. Easy to use.

Very quick and easy to use machine, good coffee and lovely and hot unlike some machines

I titled it a genuine five star purchase because the coffee machine makes a superb cup of coffee with or without the milk frother which suits both me and my wife who likes with milk. I chose dark grey to go perfectly with our kitchen so that it is not hidden away in a corner nor does it stand out as an odd object. It is simply a modern and beautifully made time saver in the morning before facing a day’s work and welcoming you home in the evening to refresh the palate with coffee.

Delivered with the usual efficiency of AO. Connecting the machine to the app was a bit of a faff but got there eventually. Coffee samples were missing hey ho so had to wait to buy some oh and supermarkets don’t stock them so it’s Amazon or nespresso direct. Not the cheapest per coffee but you do get a good coffee hit. Shame the cost of the coffee is so high considering what the machine costs but hopefully the price may come down although I won’t hold my breath. Personally I should have gotten a bean to cup machine and used my own beans. If nespresso made a refillable pod then it may work out cheaper in the long run. Nice unit though looks good on the counter top.

Nice looking machine, slick

Great coffee machine, looks stylish and modern and coffee tastes great. Machine is quite to use as well in comparison with others I’ve had definitely recommend.

This will be the third attempt awaiting new machine ....each time we are finding buttons not working
