It's a powerful machine, my stair carpet looks like new. The only reason why I gave it a 4* and not a 5* is because the handle held part is quite heavy and makes my wrist ache after a while

I’ve never had a Miele appliance before but decided to go for it when I saw this on offer. And I have to say I’m impressed. This vacuum charges quickly and holds its charge for long enough to use all round the house. The wall mount makes it easy to store out of the way. Definitely a good buy and I will look at Miele appliances again next time I need something.

Looks great. Fantastic suction and easy to use. Battery life is good as long as it’s not in boost mode. On the downside it is quite heavy which some people may struggle with and the dust collection is tiny. I need to empty it twice if I’m doing the whole house. I would recommend it though, I am happy with my purchase.
