Very pleased, carpets were like new again fresh a bouncy. Easy to use. The heated cleaning is a definite bonus. Carpets dried quickly even on Max clean level.

It’s perfect and so easy to use I would recommend it to anyone , it’s great for the home especially where there’s children or pets.

Not fit for purpose. Used it once. Brush belt broke after 1 n 1/2 rooms. Still waiting for a replacement belt

Such a great piece of kit, easy to use and easy to maneuver, the samples sent with the machine is more than enough to try out which is best for your carpets after each clean. I got this because if my cat and I can 100% say this is the perfect gadget I needed for my house with a pet

I have a dog and wanted a cleaner to freshen up my carpets. Wow!! this did that and more!! I consider myself quite clean, shoes off in the house, dogs feet get wiped when he comes in, but just to warn you, expect to feel totally filthy when you empty the dark brown sludge from the dirty water compartment after cleaning your carpet. It was really easy to use, brought the carpets up very clean and they dried out really quickly, love the addition of the hose and upholstery tool, i will be doing my mattresses at some point . Very happy I got this, will be using it a lot
