Looks good and works well. However, I feel it should have had wheels to help move it around.

This is my first time of owning an electric fire, having only ever had a gas fire in the past. I missed the warmth and focal point that a gas fire gives a room, so decided to try a stove. And it was just what my room needed, even when it's not switched on. I love the neutral colour because my room is small and this fire doesn't stand out too much as to make the space look dark or smaller and it has good heat output. Yes you can hear it, but once the TV is on it's not noticeable, and even without the TV on, it's not objectionable. It's just a very low hum. I love it. I've already got a little lamp and plant on top and it looks great!! Thanks AO

I agree with most of the reviews, nice looking fire, like the adjustable flame brightness, brings a cosy glow to the lounge BUT don’t put the heaters on, the vibration is, to say the least, annoying. Ok if you like your music up to deafening levels or you enjoy wearing ear plugs. Perhaps a little sound proofing might be an improvement. Would have given 5 stars if not for this.

Works perfectly. Heats the room in no time and the flame effect is so cosy. Makes you feel so warm and homely
