Easy to set up and store. Easy to use with no more having to get on my knees. Light weight but heavy enough to make the machine easily remove stains even stubborn without having to pass over the same spot more that twice. The old hand held tool has gone along with the mop and bucket.

only used it once so far think it do a good job just need to get used to it. pleased with it for the price I paid for it

We have a few pets, this is light and easy to use, perfect for me with mobility problems, it’s used almost every day. Don’t know how we would manage without it.

I've been after one of these for a while now and I just wish I had bought one sooner, it's fantastic! Very simple to use, fill the bottle with whatever floor cleaner you want to use, pop on the pads, plug in, spray and go. The motorised 'spinny mops' pull it along the floor so very little effort needed. The chord is long enough to do my 2 bed bungalow just using one plug, and it takes about 15 minutes. I have LVT flooring and it comes up like new. The pads are washable and you get 2 pairs so they'll last a long time. Delighted! Oh and it's quiet too, bonus!

Already owned another cleaner but this one is exceptional in the way it is designed so easy to change pads and the simple way to change the detergent and empty dirty water when in use it gets into every corner of the room with the swivel head it’s now a pleasure to clean the house
