I have two cats, and right now they're losing their winter coats. Hair - EVERYWHERE! They come in with wet, muddy paws from the outside too. This cleaner has been an absolute godsend. It removes every single hair as it goes, and lifts up dried in dirt and dust, and sucks up any traces of wet mud as well. It is mega powerful - getting really deep into the carpet fibres. My carpets are actually quite new - but the colour of the water once I'd cleaned absolutely shocked me! I think the added heat means stains just get blasted away! I highly recommend this product!

We're really impressed with this. It's a bit intimidating when you take it out of the box as there are lots of components, but when it's all together, which is pretty easy to do, it's really good and works extremely well. I really like the pet attachement and the one that you can use on your sofas, this is genius. My sofas havn't been this clean since I bought them! I would certainly spend the money on this, as it's so musch more than just a carpet cleaner. It's also great that you get the detergents (and pletny of them) in the box, which means you don't have to purcahse them from day 1.

Along with doing a fantastic job of cleaning the carpets, it also brings carpets back to life. Raises the pile of the carpet, ideal if your carpet has flattened over time. Its only 2 months ago, since I hired a company to clean our lounge carpet. Re cleaned today with the Bissell Revolution 2 and the water was filthy. Haven't tried upholstery yet, but have high hopes.

I thought my living room rug was clean - i hoovered it all the time - I was shocked at how much dirt the Bissell extracted! I instantly used it all round my house!! Really impressed with how well it gets out ingrained dirt.

Having previously used a Bissell carpet cleaner that has a few niggles I must say this new machine has good design improvements, it is lighter, has all the electronic parts well away from the wet carpet, and it is so easy to fill the water container and empty dirty water. Used over multiple rooms and carpet looks great and dries quickly.

Really impressed with my new purchase, it’s hard to get a cleaner with a long enough hose to clean my stairs but this one fits the job, easy to use easy to clean. Only down side is it’s a bit bulky to store.

after using this product twice since having bought it, im astonished as to how much dirt it took up, carpets almost look as good as new, the different tools that come with it are very handy also, and the 3 small trial bottles are great to get you started. with a large family, kids, animals the lot, it comes in very handy

Couldn’t believe how much dirt the cleaner lifted out of my carpet. I cleaned the carpet a week earlier with a Vax so was amazed at how much came out! I like the 2 separate water tanks and the accessories. It’s great that the foot comes apart for cleaning and the handy tool to clean the nozzle and brushes is really useful.
