Only had my crosswave for a week, but I think it’s going to save me a huge amount of time. I hate having to Hoover I then mop my floors & love that this does both at the same time.

Very happy with the performance of this cleaner. Previously I used a vaccum and then a spray mop but was always concerned that the floors were not getting a thorough clean. The crosswave was easy to use and there was not a lot of water so the floors dried quickly. The reason four four stars is that each time the product is used it requires cleaning. Admittedly there was a lot of dirt in the tank having not had a through clean prior to this but the cleaning operation took around twenty minutes. This puts me off getting it out for small spillages.

Very pleased with the performance of the Bissell CrossWave. Couldn't believe how much dirt was in the water return bottle. Did everything that Bissell claimed it could do. Saved time not having to hoover then mop, left floor and rug smelling pleasant. Definitely would recommend to anybody.

Love it...I have hard flooring that covers the entire bottom floor of my home, this cuts out hoovering and then cleaning the floor... Best thing I've bought

Bought this as have just installed new flooring in my kitchen and hallway. This saves so much time rather than hoovering then mopping and is do easy to use and was very impressed with how it works, floors dry quickly too.

You need to go over The same patch a couple of times but so much easier than vacuuming mopping then drying.... could do with a harder scrub

Cleaned ok. Dried reasonably.
