I am very pleased with my new kettle. It did everything as described. It is very modern looking and looks like winnie the poo's honey pot. Hence our kettle is called the honey pot. I love the different design it looks really great in the kitchen. .it is easy to use.it is lite to pick and has a nice sturdy handle, good for people with problems with their hands as the handle is a bit wider and easy to get to. It is easy to fill. The kettle boils really quickly and quietly. It pours well. I love the blue light on the on off switch. Overall I cannot say there is anything I dislike about my ketttle. I am very pleased with my purchase. I feel like I got what was decribed to me on the website and I got value for my money.

Love both my items I've had Russell hobbs before .Never let me down just one little comment .wish you would of done a matching microwave. And customer service at Russell hobbs is fantastic .
