I'm glad I paid the extra money to get the official pro controller. It performs great feels nice and has weight to it unlike some flimsy bits of kit.

I’m trying to find a way to exchange my current controller because I’d only just opened it and the joysticks both have drift somehow, and the panel on the left side is higher out. I’m sure this is poor manufacturing on Nintendo’s part or some bumps in the delivery process that shook it loose or something but the concerning thing for me is that AO state that if I were to return it I’d only get a partial refund as they can’t sell it on even though the pro controller they sent me is faulty and I am not at fault for that. I’m not sure how to go about even sending it back because of the COVID-19 stuff going on but £50 is a lot to waste on a faulty controller.

Pricey for a controller but a must for Switch owners.

Great build quality and very comfortable to hold. Would like to compare it against cheaper options to see this justifies the high price tag though.

Really handy kids love it specially when original switch controllers break easily, only down part needs head set port in controller

Whether you’re spending many (many, many) hours exploring Hyrule, collecting bananas with DK, or travelling in the Odyssey, this is hands down the comfiest controller I’ve ever used, being an owner of all current and many retro controllers. Smooth grip, haptic vibrations and much comfier than using Joy-Cons, it has a healthy, long-lasting battery and I don’t use my Switch without it. Worth every penny.

Bought this for my grandsons 9th birthday and he absolutely loves it. He wanted a full game controller for his Nintendo Switch but didn’t want the hassle of cables. He can now sit anywhere he wants in the living room and still have full control of his games plus it’s an official Nintendo controller. I can highly recommend this product
