The product itself is a nice idea - thin, nice modern design and a good price. However, my experience with HP products in the past should have swayed me from purchasing these. I had a total of 3 of these monitors delivered to me, all had defects. 2 had excessive backlight bleed and the quality of the display was awful. The third came bent and cracked out of the box. I don’t like HP products at all and feel that their product quality has really gone down hill over the last few years. I used to work as an IT engineer a few years ago and HP used to be better then. This being said, this review doesn’t represent how AO dealt with the situation, they were super fast to respond and rectify the issues and were more than happy to provide a full refund with no fuss. So thank you for that and I will be shopping at AO in the future. The 1 star is purely based on the product and not AO and the service provided.
