I purchased this iron in January and was not happy after only a few using its developed a hard black grim that does not come off. I didnt get chance to contact morphy richards right away and left it a couple months and aas told to perform a cleaning cycle after doing so it should just wipe off. I performed this cycle twice and had no luck and was I could not have a refund or exchange as limescale was not covered under warranty even though it happened after just a few uses. Do not recommend this product.

I thought this would be an ideal item and purchased one that came quickly However I was disappointed as the chemical smell emitting from the iron is awful I rinsed and wiped the plate but the smell is innocuous and it is my intention to return it

Dreadful product. Purchased in January and have now requested a refund through Morphy Richards having written off endless shirts through brown leaking discharge. Have followed all instructions on cleaning and still continues to sporadically destroy any white clothes. Chordless feature is a fad, in hindsight wouldn’t go this option again as iron doesn’t retain heat well and actually becomes a slower ironing process with the need for multiple recharges.

I ordered this iron, and on the first day of use the iron was spitting out white dust, this usually happens when the iron has limescale build up. I was not happy about this as I thought I’d be receiving a brand new iron. But it seems i received a used one or at least one that was returned

The only poor product I have received through AO. Leaks, fails to hold heat at all. Not sure if faulty.

I have found that you need to keep putting it back on the charger as it cools down quickly which takes longer to do your ironing than with a corded iron wouldn’t buy another cordless

Great looking, ergonomically designed, great for a quick press however if your looking to iron through a family size laundry pile with ease this is not for you. I would imagine this being an iron in a bachelor pad who has all his clothes dry cleaned.....

Looks great but needs to be on hottest setting for any chance of getting creases out of clothes. Needs to be recharged constantly while ironing too. Wouldn’t recommend
