This TV for a new smart TV is shocking. It is so slow. Takes 5 minutes to load an app. Nothing to do with WIFI.

For a new smart TV it’s extremely slow. It takes so long to load apps. Nothing to do with wifi either

DO NOT BUY - BBC iPlayer is not compatible with this model. Obviously AO doesn’t specify this - even though one would assume a smart tv from a top manufacturer would have this in 2024. Also the TV is super sluggish. AO only offering me refund of 50% only because I’ve had it for a month (took me a while to realise as this TV is for guest bedroom). Not impressed with AO. They should not be selling a TV that doesn’t support iPlayer to UK consumers.

Shockingly slow avoid this brand even after the latest update and I don’t mean when on the internet spend a extra £100 or more I’m going to have to buy another faster tv and take this one to the tip all our other tv’s are so much faster I never buy this cheap make again all our other TVs are Samsung I suppose it’s true you get what you pay for

Having problems with tv and the pause facility (if there is one)????

Good picture and sound but can’t get bbc i player or tv x if I’d known this before I had it put on the wall I would of returned it,.it should be in the description online that it doesn’t support it not very happy .

Not great for constant use. Often auto turns off then turns back on with no sound. Have to constantly unplug the tv to restart it because it crashes. Logs out of apps such as YouTube everyday. Was brought as an emergency replacement tv but pay for what you get. Good however for infrequent use.

Functions move slowly and TV tends to need to catch up. Still decent for the price though.
