We had a few Dysons over the years. Our handheld battery powered version gave up the ghost recently, we had had it a while so we’re confident enough in the brand to replace it with this Dyson Ball Animal. The cordless was handy but the new ball seems to have superior suction, a bigger dust container both of which help clean up after our dogs. The rights number of tools for all those nooks and crannies. It’s obviously heavier than a hand held, but the ball makes it agile and the better power and capacity is a must for pet owners. The extendable hose was a bit tricky to work out but once released aids versatility. Still a front runner of vacuum cleaners

The Dyson Ball Animal UP34 is an excellent choice for anyone looking for raw power and manoeuvrability and the extra tools are great.

Needed a new Dyson after our old one died ??. the new Dyson we purchased is much more powerful than the old one .a few new additions the pipe for the tools is much better with a hinged pole for high to reach places , the dust cylinder is larger so can hold more before having to empty , all in all very pleased with the purchase , one small thing I don’t like is that our old Dyson used to be able to retract the handle which was useful on the stairs to manage but this one doesn’t , just a small thing doesn’t alter the fact we are pleased with it

Great suction as always. Tangle-free head seems to be working well so far. The wand is a little illogical but hopefully we’ll get used to it and not break it when putting it back together!

Really good clean but it’s quite heavy

Had the old one of this and it's done well over 10 years so I've updated to this one nice and light easy to get round corners and very quiet good at picking up pet hairs
