First product arrived damaged and customer service support arranged a new tv to be sent out within 48hours and damaged one taken away.

Purchased TV first thought it was OK.. keeps crashing on all apps have to reboot TV to watch programmes called customer services been advised its out of date and asked to purchase a dongle go on link sent in email download software and update TV see if it resolves issue .. sorry but why do I need to run around spending money on dongles and having to update software on a new TV should it already be ready to use?? To be continued very :( unhappy

TCL Tv poor but Fantastic Customer Service

Ordered the TCL Android television and was not happy with the quality of the product, i contacted customer services and they were absolutely fantastic in helping me resolve the matter.
I ended up replacing the TCL television with a Toshiba smart tv which is very good and more like the quality I wanted.
Whilst dealing with customer services I spoke to the following people, Dawn, Lisa and Mohamed, who deserve massive credit, for the professionalism shown to me during our phone calls, and for solving my issue.
AO should be very proud of these employees as they were a credit to your company.

Initial TV set up is easy, pairs easy with WiFi, good picture. Sound could be better but soundboard will take care of that.
