    Great picture, poor sound.

The picture on this TV is a step up from my old Full HD LCD, and while it's no match for an OLED or higher end LED, the colours are vibrant and can be set-up with a wide variety of adjustments. What is very poor is the sound quality. Though there are several sound modes to choose from (plus a custom mode with an adjustable graphic equaliser), the sound produced is flat & tinny with no bass or richness to it. At this price point I didn't expect much, though I have heard better sound on other slim TV's. Definitely need a soundbar in my opinion, but if you don't have one or the budget doesn't stretch to one, you may want to look elsewhere.

AO service was good and great tv - interesting that it does not come with memory so need to get a usb or hard drive to be able to schedule recordings - and then you cannot watch at the same time as recording different programme. Probably fairly similar to other TVs in this bracket but surprised me it was not more able than that.

Have an expert at connection to hand if you've not set up a TV like this before.

My second smart TV, Lack of written instruction was a hinderance to setting up this nice TV. The TV seems to do all of what is expected, but no instruction was given as to what to expect when switching on, or how even to connect the new TV. I would expect a picture or diagam of the connections on the back of the unit to allow for a wall mounted set to be cabled in. Similarly, there was no instructions as to, what will appear and what you may need to get your set to function. No connection to surround sound, home cinema audio, No expectation of how to connect to home wi-fi. I'm not a slouch when it comes to figuring out this stuff, but the lack of printed information and the on line manuals were very poor. The service from AO was terrific.

Really good tv. Great colours and sound with a pretty straight forward interface. Not crazy about the virtual pointer but will probably get used to it

lovely tv great picture great sound/audio, but complicated by lots of pop-up boxed of dialogue requesting one to do this to that, when all one wants is to watch TV
