Very happy with this 55" Hisense smart t.v A breeze to set up / install , basically does it all for you. Packed with all the mainstream apps with more you can upload anytime. Excellent sharp picture coupled with great sound system , no need for additional soundbar unless you live in a cinema ! Well priced in comparison for same/similair product from other major outlets. Can happily recommend ??

Bought this as a Christmas present for my Dad, he's delighted with it! Good picture quality and sound, with the apps being easy to use. A very good TV for the price.

The tv is great value. Good picture, good sound, relatively easy to set up (the new remote wasn’t left when AO unpacked) but my old remote worked for the important stuff! It was basically plug in the power, enter some details and plug in my Virgin cable - and everything worked. I was happy with my last Hisense tv and didn’t see the need to buy a different brand - my old tv (also bought from AO) still works after 5 years and will go in one of the bedrooms. This new tv is a Great quality product for a great price and the AO service staff have been fantastic in helping resolve the minor inconveniences.

Excellent picture and easy to set up but being a 2024 model there is a problem with the free channels. Freeview has changed to Freely and some channels are missing and some have changed channel numbers. The favourite function does not work with Freely channels. Spoke to a nice gentleman from Hisense but the problem is unresolved.

Simple to set up & start using. User friendly interface. So far a good buy.
