Frustrated with picture. Alexa controls are disappointingly limited

1/5
The picture is jittery and jumps when there is a fast moving scene or lots of movement (e.g. someone running or fight scene). When there is lots of the same colour, the picture becomes heavily pixilated. It looks like the picture is made from building blocks. Alexa controls are disappointingly limited. I can only turn my TV on and off. No sound controls, no channel controls, no search options, no app controls. If someone can contact me to resolve these issues I would be happy to update my review.

Frustrated with picture. Alexa controls are disappointingly limited

1/5
Had this tv a few months and can't seem to get the picture right. Lots of jittery, Jerky pictures during scenes with lots of movements or fast movements (e.g. fight scenes and running scenes). Also, heavily pixilated during scenes with lots of the same colour (it looks like the picture is made out of lego blocks). Alexa controls are limited to only turning it on and off.

Undecided

Clear picture but have noticed during action scenes a blurring around fast movement. Contacted AO who gave my the number for Phillips. They suggested a factory reset. Hope it sorts it or it’s going back!!

Good but for that amount of money I wanted amazing

Deep blacks you expect from oled. For some reason keeps crashing on Prime. Every different show or film I have to adjust setting to get a good picture and sound but once you do it is usually great. Some times motion blur in action scenes.

Almost perfect

4/5
Absolutely love the screen and the lights; the sound quality is pretty good also for inbuilt. Couple of things that I notice: - every so often get some screen tearing whilst watching shows - had to play about with settings to make the motion for more natural. By default it gets a bit over processed. - sound sometimes goes out of sync, but nothing pausing and playing doesn't solve. Pretty good product overall, just the couple of things above that stop it from being perfect.

Very good OLED withou hdmi 2.1

4/5
Fantastic image. Image processing is very good, without any problems during fast action scenes. There are some occasional hiccups on sudden movements, but not very noticeable at all. Ambilight went from a cool gimmick to something I can't see myself without. Only downside is not having hdmi 2.1, something that should be present on every 2020 model, but then again, there are plenty of issues going around with hdmi 2.1 in LG TVs.

Simply the best.

Forget QLED or another other technology OLED is still king. This is a stunning TV and for me almost perfect. Just eArc would have made it, but I knew what I was buying and this is a great TV. Quality is a significant step up from what I already had as a great LED 4k TV. Get this, Sony A8 or LG CX, and you've got a winner. Amberlight was my deciding factor and it really does make it "immersive" as they like to say. Go on, you know you want to...
