My old extractor had seen better days (20 years). I was looking for an exact match for the dimensions so that no units had to be moved. This compact extractor filled the bill, light and bright, good LED lighting at the front, a glass visor that stays where you put it. Easy to install, easy to maintain - washable filters! The extractor looks great in my kitchen. I like the buttons for operation instead of those sliders which tend to stick. All round, a good extractor at a great price with great service from AO.

I bought this product for my elderly mother. Clean lines, stylish, very easy to use, works extremely well and great price. Would definitely recommend.

Limited options without needing to do some significant work, this is a great fit for current needs. The extract has 3 levels and has massively reduced the level of condensation and odour in our very busy kitchen. A little noisy, but very effective and good value for money.

Not silver. Grey. I was very disappointed. Especially since I really wanted stainless steel. Apart from that? Meh. It's a cooker hood.

Very good product, excellent value for money, works just as expected. 100% recommend Service of AO, absolutely brilliant. First one came with glass broken, changed very quickly and no issue. Will definitely buy again from AO

Great fitted in well great appliance

As with any similar cooker hood this is a fairly basic item with not much to be said about it. We are happy with it but there is one feature we do not like. The two grease filters are "fiddly" to remove and replace and both hands must be used to avoid dropping them on to the hob. In future, as a precaution we will place a towel across the hob before removing the filters. Also, rather than being silver, it is in fact light grey in colour.

Disappointed with this. Silver colour is a paint finish rather than stainless steel. Great difficulty in trying to get carbon filters in order to use in recirculating mode. Belling spares site does not recognise the model number. Between a telephone call and an email enquiry to Belling I have been given 2 different reference numbers for the filters. Only people who recognise these numbers are Belling. Yet to order one to see if it is correct!
