Don't recomand, stay away

TV broke after 7 months, no image. I called Philips and after a complicated process, I received numerous emails with different fixes solution, updates and all that did not work. After days, when I understood nothing moving I had to call AO and they talked with Philips and Philips send my case to service. The Service called me and they said they ordered parts ( without somebody coming to see and diagnose tv) and that parts will arrive in 3 days. After 1 week I called service back and they told me that parts not arrived and they are unsure when they will come probably in a week time. Called back everybody AO whom send me to Philips who said they will contact service.... Who knows when the TV will get fixed. Really don't recomand, better buy cheaper TV, for sure will work more than 7 months.

Please note: This is not a reflection on AO and their service, i'll get to that bit at the end. Very very poor build quality on this TV, I should of known with the price being what it is. TV worked as advertised in the day time, HOWEVER without the daytime light, it clearly showed he copious amounts if light bleeding (clouding) around the perimeter of the TV frame. It was so bad, I couldn't bare to watch the rest of the movie. When the TV pays Sky Q or a gaming console its as advertised but as soon as the picture turns to widescreen the black sections at the top and bottom of the screen become lite up with the light bleeding. I rang AO the next day, sent a few pictures and they replaced the TV no questions asked - in the end I upgraded to an OLED TV where they gave me a £50 discount for my troubles

Not a bad TV

The TV itself isn’t bad the functions and picture are fine but the remote control stops working every other day and to get it linked again you have to turn the TV off by the mains and back on its just a bit annoying more than anything especially if the mains socket is behind the large TV! Other than that the TV is fine.

4k at a price

For the price you can't beat the value. But there are a few trade offs. The app store is useless and empty. No Disney plus, no Spotify no amazon music. The control feels cheap and is sometimes non responsive. I have mine on the wall but if I had it based, I would have much trust in the legs that come standard. 4k is achievable with a lot of messing around if you can find 4k programs (most of mine are from Netflix amazon prime and ps4) HD is not the greatest with alot of blur depending on how fast the picture moves. Will do for now, but will probably go back to samsung or Sony tvs in the future as never had the minor issues.

just to

slightly disappointed as this tv dont have bluetooth.

amazing tv but unable to switch off it comes back on

I'm in the process of an email chain back and for with philips trying different things to sort my tv out. Have been advised to download something on a computer but I do not have one , so hoping something will be sorted soon

Great. Value

For the price you can’t complain at all excellent picture and easy to use, only downfall is I don’t think sound quality is great but that’s personal preference and nothing that can’t be fixed with a decent sound bar.
