Freely is NOT pre installed. I have contacted Toshiba and they can't help. There is no way to download it. It also doesn't have Freesat, which is stated in the specification advertised on here. I will have to buy a Freesat set top box to try and rectify this. Complete waste of money.

Absolutely fantastic tv a 65inch Toshiba ultra HD television was like winning the lottery. Dolby vision, no sound bar needed because the volume from the television inbuilt speakers is just like being in the cinema. Can also change the colour contrast to suit the movie or children's animation movies is a massive game changer. I'm disabled with mobility problems and spend most of my time in my bedroom ontop of my bed watching tv but now with this fantastic, awesome tv I can't drag myself away from the living room.

Pleased with the picture, sound and build quality. The remote control is well designed and pretty robust too. Would have been five stars if Toshiba had managed to fix their software build. I received two TVs missing the Freely app, which was the main purpose of my purchase.

Great tv, lovely colours, easy to set up, remote is good quality and sounds quality is nice. Power cable is nice and long too. I was a bit worried about quality of gaming on it but it works beautifully with my Xbox. Would buy again

It seems to be fine, I was expecting better picture quality to be honest. Unfortunately i need a firestick as it does not support and can not download Disney plus and now tv for my sports

Grate tv easy set up Grate picture ??

Have had quite alot of tv's over the years all different makes.but this tv is definitely in my top 3 out of all tv's I have had.picture is great. sound quality is brilliant.infact I have nothing negative to say about tv.there is still quite alot of features on tv I not looked into yet but still love my tv

Generally a great value television for the spec vs price range. I chose this television after returning the Toahiba equivalent due to an issue with the OS and Freely not working. This television has the same OS and had no issues with freely. The speakers are better and the screen appears more vibrant. Setting up the vidaa os is no problem and you're ready and watching Television in no time. For gaming, this television performs well and has specific options for gaming. The remote feels premium for the price point and the buttons are responsive. The Television allows you to connect audio via ARC which is a bonus. Overall I'd say this television represents great value for the OS features, smooth picture, vibrant colours and options to adjust the picture for gaming or cinema.
