Been looking to get my first bean to cup machine for a while but was reluctant due to the price but now wish I'd made the move sooner. Had an old espresso machine using grounds which was good but a faff to make and clean between cups. After reading several positive reviews from various sources and watching videos I knew this was the right product for me. Coffee comes out perfectly every time and the milk frother is so easy to use that zero skill is required. Machine is very easy to operate, it's great for all members of the house or visitors due to the strenght adjustments, cup volume dial, mug height adjuster and with the milk frother you can create the perfect coffee for all. If you're thinking about it I suggest you go for it.

Had many a coffee machines over the years but this beats Every one. Don’t know about everybody else but since this lock down I have missed my daily costa however since Getting this machine bought some costa beans and cannot tell the difference. Delivery and customer service EXCELLENT.

Had the Avanza for a week now and it has quickly become one of the family! It is incredibly easy to use and has enough options to make all types of coffee. It took a few tries to get exactly what we are looking for, but thereafter has been a breeze. It is quiet, but still loud enough that you know there is some wizardry going on behind the stylish machine front. The milk system works very well, delivering nicely steamed milk with minimum fuss. As seems common with many bean to cup machines, for those that prefer piping hot cappuccinos and lattes, you may want to pop your finished drink in the microwave for a few seconds but I haven't felt the need to. Overall very pleased with the machine and it is highly recommended.

I love my bean to cup coffee machine. I have wanted one for a while now and saw the offers that had been on AO and decided to take the plunge and have not been disappointed. Would recommend to anyone wanting one

I have been looking to replace my ageing pod machine for sometime. Read all the reviews and decided this was the best value for my budget..I am extremely happy with the quality of the coffee and the build quality is better than expected..delivery was very quick and was kept upto date with progress.i would not hesitate in using AO for my next order .

I have always had traditional Italian pump machines before which make beautiful espressos and cappuccinos. This machine is complicated and clunky (I will get used to it eventually, I suppose). I haven't yet found the right mix of strength and quantity for a good espresso and I really do not like the milk froth which is far too dense for a good cappuccino. I bought it on the Which recommendation. Wish I hadn't.

Excellent coffee machine that makes lovely hot coffee consistently. Easy to set up and operate. Milk frother takes a little bit of practice, but easy enough after getting used to it.

After much research I purchased this bean to cup, and I have not been disappointed. Easy to set up and to use, once you've decided on your coffee strength. It looks good in my kitchen and is pretty easy to clean. Melitta do provide additional products, (water softener, cleaning products etc), from their website. All in all, a good buy and I would recommend this product.
