I like the product but wished the milk was thicker and hotter. It’s simple to use which is great, but the milk side of it lets it down I feel.

Despite reading several reviews on this machine that all gave very positive feedback the product has still exceeded my expectations. It is easy to use and makes great coffee. I find the integrated milk frothier particularly useful. It produces creamy froth to create delicious cappuccino. I’m really pleased with the purchase the only problem is I’m now drinking too much coffee.

This is a superb bean to cup coffee machine. Simply to use, self cleaning and soooooo good. With the tools to ha d you can make any coffee of your liking and play barista from home. Don’t pause. Buy.

For my first coffee machine, have to say it’s brilliant and the right size, I had few hiccups setting it up however I never read the instructions, did watch a YouTube video made it look so easy, after faffing with my fancy machine I’ve figured it out and it is very easy to use. The aroma is lovely you can’t beat that freshly ground coffee smell. Milk frother worked better than expected even with oat milk. Only thing I had to be disappointed about was the fact I had no filter, nor when purchasing it, I never noticed any mention that a filter is needed to be purchased. I have order some directly from manufacturer now thou.

We are very happy with the product so far. It produces very nice expressos, cappuccinos & flat white coffees and is easy to use. The instructions provided are helpful but the app is even more helpful and gives you lots of advice about cleaning and maintaining the machine. It is quick and relatively quiet when making coffee too.

Had many a coffee machines over the years but this beats Every one. Don’t know about everybody else but since this lock down I have missed my daily costa however since Getting this machine bought some costa beans and cannot tell the difference. Delivery and customer service EXCELLENT.

Been looking to get my first bean to cup machine for a while but was reluctant due to the price but now wish I'd made the move sooner. Had an old espresso machine using grounds which was good but a faff to make and clean between cups. After reading several positive reviews from various sources and watching videos I knew this was the right product for me. Coffee comes out perfectly every time and the milk frother is so easy to use that zero skill is required. Machine is very easy to operate, it's great for all members of the house or visitors due to the strenght adjustments, cup volume dial, mug height adjuster and with the milk frother you can create the perfect coffee for all. If you're thinking about it I suggest you go for it.
