Microsoft like change for the sake of change - as with most office packages over the years it’s more than functional but the constant change in visual formats and slight changes in where key package options are located is just a repeat frustration. Yearly subscription? Long gone the days where you bought it as a one off and used it until you needed the upgrade!! Functional robbery but that’s Microsoft for you

it took a lot of waiting on the phone to ao getting them to send it and then took a load more to get it down loaded and configured to work on my new laptop after severral days works fine

It is a nice laptop has all the access I expected, easy to set up and was easy to install office however it is so slow it takes an age to get to the login screen then again to get to a point where anything can be accessed. Love that it is a full sized keyboard.

Easy to download & easy to understand. Only downside is annual payment.

Does the job easy to install and makes office software available very quickly

The initial hiccup with this was that there were no instructions to let the user know that whichever account is first to download office is the one that will be in control of it. It took days of web chats to sort this out so that I was the main user. However, now everything is sorted out the office works fine and it's relatively easy to share with others

Early days but seems to work well enough. Own side is that screen colours disappointingly pale .

The download process was very smooth and the software is working to specification. However. It is pricey and I suspect I will become trapped in the annual renewal cycle.
