Setting up for 6 users is clunky at best and exceptionally frustrating at worst, the second account set up onwards is frankly shocking. Every attempt is followed with a message of this account is already in use. Not impressed

Just wanted the standard Word Processor and Spreadsheet package. This is the subscription the the office 'Cloud' and it expires after a year.

Microsoft like change for the sake of change - as with most office packages over the years it’s more than functional but the constant change in visual formats and slight changes in where key package options are located is just a repeat frustration. Yearly subscription? Long gone the days where you bought it as a one off and used it until you needed the upgrade!! Functional robbery but that’s Microsoft for you

it took a lot of waiting on the phone to ao getting them to send it and then took a load more to get it down loaded and configured to work on my new laptop after severral days works fine

It is a nice laptop has all the access I expected, easy to set up and was easy to install office however it is so slow it takes an age to get to the login screen then again to get to a point where anything can be accessed. Love that it is a full sized keyboard.

Easy to download & easy to understand. Only downside is annual payment.
