Great product. Connects with the hub through two floors.

Came very quickly. I just needed a replacement thermostat and it works great. The installation was easy, but onlly after I had found the right instructions for relpacing an existing thermostat (HIVE help pages are a bit of a maze!).

Useful product enabling simple remote control of your heating. Installation straightforward provided you adhere to wiring diagrams for your boiler and for the hive controller. Need to be confident in simple electrical wiring, so would advise professional install if you are in any doubt.

Looks very modern and easy to operate. It required an electrician to install the receiver and we used the backing plate to add the thermostat onto the wall .. very happy with it, would recommend this product to anyone. Hopefully we will now save some money on heating bill.

Efficient but needs a nano hub to work virtually

Great product, really makes controlling the heating so much easier. I also like the modern look of the thermostat, much better than my previous heating controls.
