This laptop is barely able to load 3 web pages without freezing. I have contacted HP support who only provide support via WhatsApp and am still waiting for someone to come back to me.

The shift keys keep sticking when I type, which is an issue as this was purchased for my postgrad which requires a lot of writing! This has been the case since I bought the laptop: at first I thought it was just me getting used to the new keyboard layout, but I've since realised that they are prone to locking in place when used. The 4GB RAM isn't up to much -- for example, if you are on a Zoom call the computer cannot do anything else. It also struggles if I am making a PowerPoint presentation with my browser, emails, and Word open. The build quality is very plasticky, which is to be expected for a budget laptop and does at least mean that it doesn't weigh much. Battery life is great and it integrates seamlessly into my school and workplace systems with all the ports you'd want. In all honesty I would recommend paying a bit more for something that can handle multitasking better.

Very light, easy laptop. Price reflects the quality. Great for simple tasks like email, excel spreadsheets, kids homework.

Was value for money and very swift delivery

Nice little basic laptop. This is a basic laptop, ideal for browsing the Web and simple tasks with Excel and Word. It has a very long battery life and is very lightweight. There's nothing to dislike about it as long as you don't expect too much from it.

I purchased this item to run basic household operations. send & receive emails, contact family. the device was straight forward and simple to set up and operates as expected. good value for money.

No brainer for a budget laptop all the features can even stream to tv etc windows far easier to use than a chromebook .

It's nice but need longer to get used to it, just the lack of colours really that has minus a star.
