love it..quick and responsive and was easy to transfer things from old laptop....

I had a problem with my new laptop, and after going through the issue with the HP help team engineer with him carrying out a number of checks, the laptop had a major internal problem that he could not repair and provided me with case number and to contact AO customer service I contacted AO CS team who checked the report from the HP engineer and I would be sent a new laptop. I revived my new laptop The AO Customer service worker addressed my issue in a very professional manner. I have bought other items from AO before and would not hesitate to purchase in the future, I would also advise my family/friends to do likewise.

As a retired marketing professional I needed a new laptop that would meet my needs as a charity trustee and web administrator. Decent sized screen and enough ports to handle the tasks I need to carry out. The camera, microphone and speakers are ideal for remote meetings over Zoom, Teams etc. Have yet to find a downside to report.
