Laptop is good. Handles everything I need it to do without a problem. Handles cloud gaming without a problem, and the bigger screen is an upgrade on my last laptop. The plastic feels a bit cheap, but if that's why it's a cheaper laptop than most 16gb models with 1TB storage, that's a pretty fair trade off.

This is a nice and very powerful laptop. It is so quick and better than the last laptop that I had which was terrible. This was easy to set up and works so well. Although it is wide screen, it is still fairly compact so it's great for travelling. I heard other review complain about the laptop being a bit cheap and plasticky, but I think it is fine. Who wants to carry around some heavy old thing? Not me. This is perfect for what I bought it for.

My opinion : The laptop was easy to set up and get going. Process information fast and does what I ask of it. Feels light and easy to handle. However this item looks and feels cheep and plasticky .I was in urgent need of a laptop so I kept it.

Very nice and easy to use

Plasticy and won’t maintain its internet connection unless it’s plugged into the mains. Also very reluctant to talk to our HP printer…
