    Great product from Hotpoint

Great product from Hotpoint. We have moved from gas to induction which takes a little bit of getting used to but this hob is superb. Highly recommended

    Appalling service from hotpoint

I bought this hob in Nov and in March it has stopped working due to a faulty circuit. We are now in may and Hotpoint have refused to replace the item as they say they can fix it. I have been without a hob for more than 7 weeks in lockdown with 3 children. I would not buy anything for hotpoint as their aftercare service has been appalling. I understand the difficulties faced during this time, however they should have replaced the product and taken into consideration that I have a family.

    Great induction hob

Our first induction hob. We chose it for the sliders feature which makes it easy to change the temp up and down. So far we're very happy with the hob. Simple to use and the manual gave us all the info we needed on the auto cook function. It's very responsive (a joy after our old electric hob).

Great hob! my first time using an induction hob so was surprised at how much better it was to my previous electric hob. Fast delivery thanks AO!

fantastic hob heats up very quickly boils water faster than a kettle also looks great and so easy to wipe clean

    Very pleased

Really like, fast & clean. pan location not too important, I was worried but think had one situation where very small pan not work on the big area. Not used too much yet but variation & flexibility seems really good. Not sure the 65cm much benefit. I bought for max cook room on normal hole hoping to squeeze little more cook area but of course hole still the same but think just more glass top. Does seem loads of room for std width hole especially with the 4 zones on left but not sure any/much better that a 60cm but don't quote me on that. Cannot turn beep off, if anyone manages let me know, says on instructions but has not effect. My dogs freaks at this particular tone but also little annoying anyway. Overall love it compared to my old gas hob but that was a bad layout & big gaps so pans fell over & horrible to keep clean

    Space Age Care Today.

this is way ahead of its time read instructions well and its like a computer that does all the thinking for you fast to heat and cool down .be patient with reading the instructions and you will find you have a faith full servant that could not making cooking easier and a pleasure.

I have never had an induction hob before. I have kept the instructions handy, a bit hit and miss to what pans can go where. The hob tells you if you have the wrong pan in the wrong place. It’s neat and much easier to keep clean. I have bought new pans solely for an induction so hopefully when I work out how it works fully, great. I haven’t had it very long so early days yet. But pleased with purchase.
