I am very pleased with the item. It’s still in its box at the moment. Don’t have to activate it to use it cause it’s my first time in a ninja at Fryer but I’m gonna have a good funds with it making lush food. My brother’s got one so he’s gonna show me how to use it. Had a small airfryer before which wasn't great. The ninja dual is amazing and being able to sync your foods is amazing and a god send, no more messing about.

Easy to use and excellent

Works well. I am happy with the product but not with the customer service. When I purchased the product someone called me and asked me questions. I had informed him I could not talk as I was working I told him to call me on the next day he never did.
