The Ninja Air-dryer is great for roast vegetables, much quicker than my main oven and probably a lot more economic. I'm still experimenting but chicken pieces and sausages were very successful. Home made chips not so great but I have yet to try frozen chips which I think will be better. Having two drawers gives flexible options and the Match setting is a bonus.
