I would like to leave 5 stars as the machine is light weight and has good suction but I found it fiddly to empty as the heppa filter fell out each time I used it making it a faff to put that back in each time i used it. I had a faulty machine as that filter shouldn't fall out so I sent it back. So why not five stars. It definitely isn't for households where pets live or had people with long hair living in it as it almost immediately loses power because the brush is caught with hair so can't rotate. When it doesn't rotate it stops working Do not buy if you have pets. Do not buy if you have long hair. If you have neither this is likely to be a very nice effective lightweight vacuum cleaner

As the title says this is for those that constantly have to switch plugs to use their vacuum cleaner, no tripping , no hazards and no wasting time trying to switch it on just pick up and turn on This product is so portable that you can put it in parts and fit in your backpack and use it anywhere, The first time I used it I thought it wouldn't have enough suction like some other brands I used before but my god it's a sucking machine, it can clean your dusty and dirty carpets in no time thanks to the brush motor and love that you can also choose the suction power I always used to be scared to put the vacuum on at night as it's like a jet engine but I had no complaints so far can silently use at night to do quick clean ups The only thing I hate about this product is the short running time wish it had a bigger battery plus the cost was too high I'm scared that one day the battery dies and have to buy a new expensive one, And also the charging stand attaching to hoover would be difficult for those that are elderly or have no experience of wall mounting. Wish it was direct charging. Overall good machine great suction for being portable and plenty of info displayed. The set up manual was full of pictures would love wording as well, will submit photos later

The vaccum cleaner is very light, which I confused initially as not having a strong suction. I am pleased to report that the suction is absolutely fine. Here's my bullet points: Pro's: - convenient charging Dock. - good suction power. - good battery capacity. - magnetic dust compartment is very nice! - build quality feels very sturdy. The attachments have a nice click when attaching them. Cons: - emptying the dust compartment isn't as easy as other brands. - not the cheapest cordless vacuum

Pros - Great sustainability packaging in the box and easy to unbox. - You can purchase more accessories if you need them. - Amazing performance with auto suction adjustment depending of which floor you are using. - 60 minute battery life - Easy to assemble, no instructions needed Cons - Quite a small storage bin for a big handheld - Only wall mount option provided. No way of self standing without leaning against a door - Can be fiddly disconnecting pipe/ bin on first couple of tries. Overall I would highly recommend this to anyone living in a small apartment or houseshare

"#gifted Upon arrival I was surprised at how small and compact the box was. It was fairly easy to assemble and switch on without reading the instructions. There are 3 speed settings. Low, mid, turbo. I found turbo was the best to lift deep dust but there is only a short battery life of a few minutes with this. I noticed a high pitched ringing noise on turbo mode which did irritate my ears a bit. It was similar to having tinnitus so I found that I was sensitive to this. The bin was confusing to remove on the first go but when you realise that it is magnetically attached, it is almost effortless to remove. To empty the bin was a little bit of a faff but it is designed well to be able to clean the bin area and filters. The package came with 2 nozzles and a wall mount unit. Unfortunately the wall mount unit had no slots to hold the tools so they had to go in a cupboard. I find removing the vacuum from the wall mount is rather effortless and the charge status flashes to show the product is charging. The head does get stuck on the edges of the sofa when hoovering and doesn't glide around corners as well as my other cordless vacuum but it seems to pick up bits better and I enjoy the little light on the front as a bit of a novelty. Overall, I would recommend this product for household cleaning of carpets and hard floors."
