I love the harvest fresh drawer works has it says , so roomy too and the whole unit is so easy to put all of your food away ,I am so glad I chose this ,it says the colour is black but its more a slate grey and is an asset to my kitchen

Product good, I arranged to have it placed in room delivery guys reluctant as they were subbies and said it wouldn't go through access But guess what it did easily they wanted to get off to the next job were and on phone to AO and the AO rep who also turned up? Did it eventually when I insisted. Wouldn't take old unit as arranged took 6 days to collect despite told would be picked up next day at latest.

I love this fridge freezer. It does not freeze up and everything is so nice a cold in the fridge. The water dispenser is brilliant saves keep opening the door and kids are drinking more water now too. Very easy to keep clean too.

bought this as a replacement for the last Beko that lasted over 9 years without a problem. Practically identical to the lst model and it looks great in brushed steel. Next day delivery on time as promises and love the space this gives us. A few design difference inside. Some we love, some we'll miss but great overall.

It was a very quick and easy setup, instructions were simple to understand too.

The first refrigerator I received was damaged. It was cooling but not freezing. I received the next one after the quick arrival of a service technician who found the fault and that the refrigerator need to be replaced. I waited about 5 days for the replacement and now everything works. Chears

So far, loving it. Looks really smart, plenty of space and works well. One thing to watch out for on delivery, is the size. We had to remove both doors and disconnect a few wires to get it through our doors. It’s also very heavy, making it tricky to manoeuvre. Had to use a large and a small screwdriver bit and also a T25 (Torx) but to remove the doors. Fairly simple to do though and went back together easily enough. I’d recommend taking a picture of where the wires and screws were, before disconnecting anything also.

Plenty of space, great brushed steel look. Led light from bottom to top so it's bright everywhere even if it's full. Very quiet, hard to notice if it is even working. Delivery was also great, They take care about your house and fridge aswell.
