    Utter rubbish

    1/5
The brand Amica brand was garnish years ago and it looks like nothing has changed. I should have known better. All looked good on delivery, but upon starting to screw the handle on to the door, the head of the screw stripped so I couldn't complete the process. Tried to install the grill and the screw head stripped so I couldn't attach the grill. The heads also stripped on the side of the grill so it won't slide down and cover the bottom. I doubt the product would last more than 6 months so in the process of returning it. Utter rubbish.

For the money okay, but with hindsight we should have paid more.

The first one ordered was faulty meaning the door wouldn’t properly seal, had to wait a week for another one. Seems to be working ok so far. Looks nice. The legs are wonky though meaning it has a bit of movement. Not sure I would say it’s worth the price.

    Noisy but useful

As other review suggest Theo’s doesn’t hold 18 bottles, 12 or 13 is about the most that can fit. In addition ithe motor is very noisy and comes on intermittently. The wine is cool though and it saves fridge space, so is a worthwhile purchase.

Quieter than my old one, but build quality could be better.

Well, it's quieter than the one it replaced (which lasted about 5 years) so that's a good point. It does seem remarkably similar to the old one. I suppose they all come out of the same big Chinese wine fridge factory and get rebadged. I had to fit the door handle myself. This was a bit of a task - the holes in the door didn't quite line up so I had to enlarge them a bit, just a couple of mm, but it was a bit of a hassle. If I wasn't OK with tools and things I would have had to send it back for a replacement. The bottom shelf doesn't accept some champagne bottles, they are just a fraction too big so the door doesn't shut. Some are fine, particularly prosecco bottles, but again a bit of hassle. These wine fridges are all over priced, given the shoddy manufacture, but if you like a supply of cold wine to choose from you have little choice.
