Really loud and requires additional hardware to attach it to a fairly average flat window (top-pivoting). A little disappointing for the money.

Excellent cooling and quieter than the 2019 model.

As loud as an average fan on medium and very efficient at cooling down a room. Have only tried when the room was 26° but so far so good ...

Fantastic product, cools our entire down stairs property along with its heating function it’s a cost effective heating solution, easy to move with its wheels and comes with the extraction hose and window cover. I totally recommend this product to anyone needing to cool down in the summer.

This air conditioner is great, it's modern and smaller than I'd envisaged. When running it is not too loud and cools the room very effectively. Very happy with this product.

Seems very easy to set up and works well. Very heavy - luckily the delivery men carried it upstairs for us as we couldn’t have got it up there. It hasn’t been hot enough time need it yet.

Had mine for about a week - max temperature outside has been 33 degrees, seems to be effective at cooling the room and pleased so far. Bit of a fiddle to fit on the window but all the right kit is provided I'm just not great with these things. Others have commented on it being noisy - it sounds like I expected but soon became white noise. Far easier to sleep with the consistent noise of the fan than extreme heat with windows open and noisy neighbours! Its a smart unit, easy to move on the wheels (it is heavy) app easy to use . Very pleased overall roll on the hot hot weather!

This is definitely worth the purchase, as another review stated it is a little bit of a fiddle to do the window (haven’t done it yet) but you can always DIY it or take your time. It cools a room in minutes, over the moon with it. Bring on the 40 Celsius!
