Superb, powerful and silent machine. Replaced my De Longhi. Much better will buy again

Works really well, setting up the WiFi and app is easy, really efficient. Knocking a star off because the window adapter, while excellent quality, is only suitable for windows that hinge on the sides and is not suitable for awning type windows. This wasn't clear in the description. It would have been nice to have the option for an alternative window kit.

I love this air con! Easy to set up and quite powerful. The noise is surprisingly bearable (depends on the individual I guess) given the fact how powerful it is. I sleep well even when it’s at full speed, and I’m usually a light sleeper! Temperature drops quickly just after a few minutes. I love the fact you can connect it to your WI-FI, despite being heavy it’s easy to move around (gotta love castors) and you can even use it as a heater in winter. The dehumidifying function is good as well but you need to connect an additional small hose (included). Only thing I don’t like is that the exhaust hose is a bit flimsy and annoying at times as it comes off easily. The air con comes with a premium window kit which unfortunately doesn’t seem to fit my window but I have created my own version so that’s no problem. This machine is a little life saver for me as due to a health condition I get quite poorly in hot weather. Highly recommend!

Great features and an attractive unit!

Works well. A little noisy but that’s all. Good features, easy to use. Delivery was 1st class from AO.

Effective at cooling our bedroom of around 20 sq.m, but it's huge, as is the exit hose that must be routed through a window. Given it's size, you would expect it to be effective. It's also fairly noisy, and the auto mode is not particularly effective, sometimes happily keeping the room 3 or 4 degrees above the target temperature, when it could easily cool the room (which it will if you change it to 'cool' mode). The app connection is good, but I've been unable to link it to Google Home despite logging in to AEG via Google Home.

I certainly bought it at the right time, just before the weather went nuclear. The ordering is always straight forward and simple. The delivery team rang me to let me know a time for delivery, which is always a bonus and arrived on time. Very helpful and carried the unit up a flight of stairs no problem. All I can add is 10/10 from ordering to delivery.

Very good conditioner, it's quite large and heavy mind. But if you are not planning on moving it around much it's fine. The app control is very useful. We use it in our babies top bedroom so can condition the room while downstairs before his bedtime.
