Bad would never tell anyone to buy this product it crap can’t download anything apart from amazon products wish I never bought it

Dont waste your money. It comes pre loaded with lots of Amazon rubbish on that you cant take off... I wish I had paid the extra 20 pound and got it without all this pre loaded garbage on. Also not impressed that it didnt state this when I purchased the item.

There is a couple issues with this keeps freezing and restarting itself.

No voice dictation, predictive text is the worst of any tablet ,doesnt appear to rotate,forcing you to have apps is expensive I want to delete them I'm fully aware other manufacturers do this .volume buttons are too close together ,connection speed is slow compared to an iPad ,sickened by the lockscreen adverts im not interested

As a less-adept (older) user I found it difficult to deal initially with without having an old-fashioned printed user guide. Had to rely on younger members of the family to do certain actions e.g. link up headphones. Am still having problems trying to figure out how to download music from my CD collection. Will probably register for Amazon Prime and then need to decide what Music streaming facility I want to use. It would be useful to know what is the difference in content coverage between the various options. I think that overall the purchase would be useful for what I want but lack of information and guides have been frustrating.

My kindle arrived very promptly, earlier than expected and in general is quite good. However it crashes and freezes when playing a certain game which is annoying. If the kindle can’t handle the game, the game shouldn’t be available to download!!!!

This is a great product very easy to set up and use. Alexa voice control is really useful it'll even turn the pages for you. Good when following a cookery menu and your hands are wet or convert weights to what you're more used to. give it a try you'll love it.

As expected, after doing little research online I opted for a fire hd 10 2019 addition for it's value for money. After a few little tips I easily found online that are simple to follow I improved a already decent device for a fraction of the price of more expensive tablets.
