I love it, it's clear with information and the sound is excellent...

Bought this as a gift for my parents who love it. Great display screen and Alexa features. We currently have it linked to Amazon photos. It is acting as a digital photo frame which was the main reason we bought it. The Home Screen displays a slideshow of added photos. One issue we had is that after a couple of days the photos stopped displaying and returned to standard. However I managed to fix this issue and now working back perfectly. The drop in feature is a personal favourite so we can video call the echo show to speak to family at home whenever and wherever.

Very good product, easy to set up and great for our family needs. Only had it one week but very impressed so far. Sound quality is good and I like that you can have multiple profiles on the system. So glad we bought this over the show 5 and standard echo systems.

Looks and sounds great. Ideal for keeping in touch with other family members over the internet using the drop in facility, especially now during covid season. Video linking ability is a great asset, and is easy to set up and use. Camera lens can be covered if you just want audio for privacy. Massive list of skills to choose from in the app. Love it!

Bought to allow video contact with my mum, and so she can see her grandkids in these isolating times. Works well.
