Arrived the very next day, friendly bloke brought it in . The oven is smart , simple to used and cooks brilliantly. Good quality, has 3 shelves ,cooks everything very quickly. No grill shelf in the packaging for the bottom tray, don't know if this was a mistake or not but we just used the one from our last cooker, couldn't be bothered making an issue, especially as it's such a good product.
