My wife had always wanted an oven with a slide in door and when we had the kitchen changed we opted to spend the extra money and buy the neff slind and hide. The good points: The door slide and glide is great. The bad points : The glass in the door gets full of cooking stains. The oven is way overpriced and has to many cooking options 75% of which are never used. My advice would be to save £400 and buy a Bosch.

The oven was delivered minus a plug!!! There is no wire rack that should sit on the grill tray!!!

Biggest problem is that oven door is not well enough sealed. I had to take it apart after only 2 months because of a drip between the glass panels. This in itself was a major production which took me three hours to do successfully (following the NEFF YouTube video) . Then I could not re attach the door and had to call for customer service. Very very disappointed. Shouldn’t have happened . I really regret buying this oven.

This product looks and performs very well

The oven seems excellent in itself and is simple to operate. The reason for only 4 stars is the visibility of the dials. You almost have to squat to see if you have set 200 or 180 deg C. Our previous Neff oven had illuminated display. Similarly the settings for the mode of the oven are difficult to see. Clearly you pay for the Neff name, but the user experience is not the best.

Love this oven. Bought it for the slide and hide as we have installed a new kitchen and want to future proof it. This oven does the job. It’s very easy to use, accurate temperatures and very good looking. Overall, after only two weeks, very happy with the purchase - hope it continues.

All is good, no looks a quality product, the only thing is the preheat is a bit slow even when you use the rapid mode
