Frustrating as other than a fast wash or handwashing option which do not wash as well the other cycles are all extremely long and the time goes up depending on wash size (even though it holds 10kg). Most washes for a normal size family are now taking up to 3 hours which takes up a whole morning to do one load! Clothes come out very creased due to time it takes. Avoid this machine-very disappointing

Looks nice, large. drum too many long programmes, only use the quick wash. The manual is very complicated

We have used the washer twice and it had developed a very loud ticking noise when the drum is spinning. Beko are coming out this week to take a look but they can only do mid week meaning I’ve got to take a day off work. Not ideal. The washing machine itself seems ok but can’t use it to find out.

Another good product by Beko. It has a good drum size and easy to use controls. The only downside is the quick wash programme is only 28mins which on the face of it is good but not quite long enough to ensure the wash load is clean. Following that the shortest programme is an hour long hand wash or all other cycles are at least 2hrs, some 3.5hrs!!! My last Beko washing machine had short cycles of 39mins and 50mins which ensured the clothes were clean.

So far so good, a quiet machine which is a nice bonus, the spin doesn't seem as good as my other machine, clothes still feel quite wet. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the draw front fell off as we took off the packaging, luckily we managed to get it back on, but it's not a very good fit,you really have to give it a good push to close it.

Washes are quite long. Haven’t been able to work out the way you cut wash time by 50%

Too early to give a full review after only a month,but so far really happy with this machine. Takes more washing than the previous machine. Has lots of different programmes too. The super quick wash is very handy if-like me-you have teenagers needing things cleaning straight away. For the price it's a win-win.
