Excellent washing machine which is really quiet

Super quiet and lots of good options. First one we had delivered had an issue with the drive belt when it was delivered, but after a little back and forth with hoover and ao we got a replacement sorted. Having the app is great, as it notifies you when your washing is done.

Great price, works as it should!

I wanted a machine that would take a 10kg load and this is ideal with a large porthole door to use. The dial on the machine to select the wasking type and the buttons for speed and temperature are easy to use. What isn't easy is trying to use the fast wash as you have to press spin and water mode buttons at the same time; but the majority of the time nothing happens! That's why I have given it 4 stars instead of 5.

It washes clothes well but it's very unreliable, as it just keeps adding time to the wash. My first wash was set for 2.5 hours and took over 4 hours as it just kept adding more and more time. 2.5 hours should be enough time to wash any load of laundry. I'd much prefer to have a machine that finishes in the time you set it.
