This product doesn't deserve even one staff. It is beyond inefficient it is not fit for purpose. There has been many negative issues. Washes take too long, not spinning, detergent residue left in the machine , clothes still wet after draining the machine and door jamming. My machine is less than a month old Beko are refusing to replace it. Save yourself some headache pills snd do kot purchase. Unfortunately I had to give one star.

Had this machine for a week. Very disappointed it only gives 2 rinses on all programmes and the 2nd one being the softener, if added, as it's the final rinse. This isn't mentioned in the description or the user manual. The spin speed of 1400, it's what you need to get out as much water as possible for quick drying, is only available on a few programmes, very annoying. Also no indication as to whether you can have extra water and extra rinse together. All these important points should be mentioned in the description. From what I've learned so far, this appears to be the EU meddling again, reducing rinses, reducing spin speeds, they even changed the suction power on our vacs which meant you have to vac twice!! Thought we'd left this interfering, power hungry club. Really angry and wish I hadn't bought it !

Had this washer only 2 weeks now, but very impressed. It has a HUGE drum perfect for washing larger items like a summer quilt etc. Another neat feature is that when you set the machine going and it fills with water it then spins the drum quite fast - just briefly, in order to dissolve & distribute the detergent (really useful if you use washing pods like us). I have only used the quick wash so far as I don't really need all the other programmes, you can select every option you like with the quick wash & we don't really have any really dirty washing so its all we need. Quick wash at 40 degrees with 1200 spin and extra rinse takes 45mins - if you set it at 60 degrees with 1400 spin and extra rinse it is 58mins - fantastic! Super impressed so far for the money - can't fault it.

It's a great washing machine does large washes however I have one thing I do not like about it and that's how complicated the set up is to wash ,have to manually put in each cycle would be much better if it had a basic memory of what your last cycle was.

Seems to wash well and is very quiet, but this machine is ridiculously complicated and unintuitive. I've never had to do more than glance at instructions in the past. These I've read cover to cover twice and it's still not clear. Very hard to customise a wash and when you do, there's no guarantee the machine will follow your instructions. It will override you if it sees fit. Symbols that appear on the panel are not shown in the instructions, so you're left to guess. Manual is made of cheap flimsy paper and will wear out long before I've mastered the cycles. Not what I was expecting from Beko.

The machine is reasonably easy to use andis very efficient. The only fault I have found with it is the instructiion book which is quite misleading

Very good drum capacity, can open the door during the cycle. Only annoying thing is it adjusts time based of the weight of the washing so will add an hr on once the washing has started if a big load.

Been using this washing machine for about a week and it's performing brilliantly. Nice and quiet and does the job really well. 5* also to AO for fantastic service.
